Conspiracy Annie (Meme)

Obviously this is a joke. Annie's face from Old Reliable Edward somewhat reminded me of the Conspiracy Keanu meme, so I made this.

I had no ideas on the mind aside from this since some people claimed that Connor reminded them of BoCo in the Season 17 episode "Bill or Ben?" when he didn't know they were twins.
