Here are the Fowler tenders of the NWR's tender engines from 2-5. They are all headcode-compatible in case there are fans of tender-first-pulled trains. Why does Henry have one? He has a Black Five tender, sure, but in the Clive Spong illustrations, he is somewhat seen with a Fowler tender instead. I don't know why, could be a goof or the Fatty-Fat-Fat Controller has a fetish for Fowler Tenders?

I AM aware Henry's tender currently has blue wheels - I provide feedback for WildNorWester's models for either mistakes or parts that can be added/improved upon. Why does it have blue wheels? Well, I guess it must be something to do with doing his old shape's blue Fowler tender which was seen in that Thomas and the Guard illustration.
