Super Smash Bros. 4 series - Wave 7 (Last of the full non-DLC roster)
A supposed R.O.B. prototype has been leaked, so it's no surprise that he's likely part of the 7th wave which would hopefully include the other remaining non-DLC characters as well.

Super Mario series - Wave 2
Models for their amiibo designs can be seen in Mario Party 10. So far, players can only use their Smash variants with the game - those in-game models will be the basis for their Mario series model variants.
